Why Your Maternity Dress Fitting Matters
One of my favorite parts of planning a maternity session is welcoming moms into my cozy dress-fitting studio in Loomis!
When you book a maternity session, you’ll have the opportunity to try on gowns from my collection of more than 150 dresses—and trust me, trying them on is completely different from seeing them on a hanger or mannequin.
Every dress hugs every mama differently. A color or style you never imagined choosing may become the one you instantly fall in love with! I constantly hear moms say, “I never would have picked this dress until I tried it on.” And honestly, that is exactly why the fitting is such an important part of the experience.
Maternity clients may select three dresses for their one-hour session. This gives us plenty of time for outfit changes while creating a beautiful variety of images. It’s also the perfect opportunity to try something completely different—whether that means layers of tulle, delicate lace, pearls, or a bold color you’ve never worn before.
I’m always adding new gowns and styles throughout the year, so there is truly something for every mama and every vision.
If your toddler will be joining the session, you can also view my collection of toddler dresses during your fitting. This makes coordinating your family’s outfits so much easier!
